Depending on when you purchased your BBQ the part may be under warranty. The way to find out is to find the serial number on your BBQ, it's on the back of the Weber Q range and easily found on most other models.
Now, call Weber direct on 1300 301 290 during business hours and they will tell you if your BBQ part is under warranty and arrange a replacement for you. We do not stock spare parts. We do stock repalcement grills.
If the part isn't under warranty and depending on the part, they may arrange to replacement thru their office or alternatively direct you to your closest store. It really does help if we have a serial number or even a photo of the BBQ and the part you are chasing. We will do our best to help you.
